Construction of the road lighting network Highway M-12 Stryi–Ternopil–Kropyvnytskyi–Znamianka

Cloverleaf Interchange – Intersection of Highway M12 (Stryi – Ternopil – Kropyvnytskyi – Znamianka) and Highway M30 (Stryi – Izvaryne)

This interchange lies along Ukraine’s longest highway route, the M30, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Ukraine’s Independence in 2021. It connects with Highway M12, forming a crucial logistical artery across the country.

Lighting quality for this infrastructure was a top priority during reconstruction.

The total length of the M12 highway is 746.2 km. Along this section, 167 galvanized 12-meter lighting poles were installed, using specially designed anchor foundations.

For illumination, we used Schreder Avento LED luminaires —

• 167 units of 108W, and

• 167 units of 142W,
  mounted on double-arm brackets with a carefully calculated tilt angle to ensure the entire roadway is evenly lit.

This engineering solution leaves no room for darkness, ensuring safe and comfortable driving conditions day and night.
